14-Day Return or Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please contact us within this period. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Is Required

A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for any return or exchange request involving a missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Start recording before opening the parcel, show the shipping label and sealed package, and continue recording while opening the parcel and checking the items. Do not pause or edit the video. Keep the original packaging until your request is resolved. Requests without the required video may be difficult to verify and may not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. For unstitched suits, fabric must not have been cut, stitched, washed, or otherwise altered. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not dispatch a return until our team provides instructions.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos; include the continuous unboxing video where the request concerns a missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
  • Wait for our team to review the request and provide return or exchange instructions.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept items that have been used, washed, stitched, cut, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval. Change-of-mind requests and size or colour expectations may be assessed case by case. Any applicable consumer rights under law remain unaffected by this policy.

Refunds and Exchange Shipping

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and the available resolution. Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method where possible or another mutually agreed method. Shipping charges may not be refundable except where required by law or where the issue is attributable to us. We will explain any return-shipping costs before you send the item.
